Marcia Faller, RN, MSN, joined AMN Healthcare in 1989. Currently Marcia serves as Executive Vice President, Operations, and the Company's Chief Clinical Officer. In this role in which she has served since 2004, she is responsible for the clinical quality, competency and continuing education of all healthcare providers represented by the company. Between 1989 and 2004, as Sr. Vice President and Vice President, Ms. Faller has been responsible for human resources and information technology, as well as sales and service divisions. Prior to joining AMN, Ms. Faller was in management and staff positions in nurse recruitment operations for Sharp Memorial Hospital. Her clinical background is in critical care nursing both at Sharp Memorial in San Diego and University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the Universityof Arizona, a master of science in nursing from the University of San Diego and is presently pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing from the University of San Diego.
