AMN Healthcare Board Member Mark Foletta Receives CFO Lifetime Achievement Award

SAN DIEGO, March 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Foletta, board member of AMN Healthcare and former Chief Financial Officer of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, has been awarded a CFO Lifetime Achievement Award by the San Diego Business Journal.
Foletta has been a member of the AMN board and audit committee since 2012. He was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Amylin for nearly 13 years, where he was a key team member in the negotiation of the company's sale to Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is being given to Foletta for his "deep and rich career guiding the financial success for multiple companies," according to the Business Journal.
